Carlsbad, CA – Some 60 players braved cold, fog and light winds at North Ponto Beach in Carlsbad to play in Chad Martin’s “Onesie” charity volleyball tournament today.
The annual event, now in its fourth year, benefited https://istandwithmypack.org, a charity dedicated to helping dogs finding “forever” homes and avoiding euthanasia. Local television station KUSI provided extensive coverage.
Tournament winners were Stephen Kash and Rita Issa with second place going to Cathy Feldkamp and “Kaps”. Consolation bracket winners were Kyle Seaman and Tom Geldner.
